Private Health Strategy & Coaching

Your health doesn’t need more information. It needs a strategy.

Private, evidence-informed health coaching for busy, successful adults who want to understand what matters most, turn it into a realistic plan, and make it work in real life.

Clear priorities. Practical action. Honest uncertainty.

KHC Starting Point · 60–120 seconds

What are you trying to improve?

You do not need to decide whether you need lifestyle coaching, root-cause coaching or nutrition coaching. Start with the problem you are trying to solve.

Step 1 of 3Anonymous · no health records

What would you most like help with right now?

KHC Starting Point is an educational coaching-fit guide, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency triage. New, severe, worsening or urgent health concerns should be addressed with an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service.

The missing layer

The problem is often not lack of information.

You may already have medical advice, a wearable, a trainer, laboratory reports and years of accumulated health knowledge. Yet the whole picture can still feel unmanaged.

KHC helps decide what deserves attention, what can be acted on through coaching and what belongs with an appropriate healthcare professional.

Who KHC is for

Built for health-conscious people with demanding lives.

KHC is particularly suited to founders, business owners, executives, partners, investors and other high-responsibility professionals whose health has become strategically important.

Energy, sleep or recovery is becoming less reliable
Weight, waist or fitness is drifting
Work or travel repeatedly breaks good intentions
Clinician recommendations are difficult to implement
Several concerns feel fragmented or confusing

How KHC works

A health strategy should be managed like a system.

A focused process for deciding, acting and learning from real life.

01

Assess

Clarify the goal, context, constraints and relevant information.

02

Prioritize

Choose one to three coaching priorities rather than everything at once.

03

Implement

Turn priorities into actions, routines and realistic fallbacks.

04

Measure

Track only information that can change a decision.

05

Adapt

Use progress and friction to keep, simplify or change the plan.

The aim is increasing self-management—not permanent dependence on coaching.

The paid starting point

Start with a Private Health Strategy Assessment.

A standalone engagement that organizes the relevant coaching picture and produces a focused written strategy.

  • Focused intake and relevant-information review for coaching context
  • 90-minute private strategy session
  • Coach-prepared synthesis and written 3–6 page strategy
  • 30-minute debrief

12-Week Private Health Strategy & Implementation

Strategy is only valuable if it survives real life.

When continued coaching appears useful, eight private sessions help turn the strategy into routines that can survive work, travel and disruption.

  • One to three active priorities
  • Weekly scorecard and practical fallbacks
  • Next-90-day strategy

How we can help

Three capabilities. One starting point.

The assessment clarifies which form of support appears appropriate.

01

Lifestyle & Health Coaching

Practical work on movement, sleep-supportive behaviors, nutrition, stress, recovery and sustained change.

02

Root-Cause Health Coaching

A systematic, non-diagnostic approach for persistent or multifactorial concerns. We look beyond the visible problem to identify modifiable lifestyle, behavioral, stress, recovery, emotional, social and environmental factors that may be contributing to it or keeping it going — then prioritize changes, measure the response and adapt.

03

Nutrition Coaching

Eating patterns, routines and decisions that fit work, travel and real life.

A deliberate first step

If your health has become important enough to manage deliberately, start with clarity.
