The paid front door to KHC

Private Health Strategy Assessment

A structured starting point for people who want to understand what matters most before adding more health interventions.

Standalone professional engagement · US$1,250

Why start here

Organize the relevant picture before deciding what to add.

You may already have laboratory reports, medical advice, a wearable, nutrition ideas, exercise plans or years of health information. The assessment organizes what is relevant for coaching context, clarifies your goals and identifies useful coaching priorities. KHC does not independently diagnose conditions or substitute for clinician interpretation of medical information.

Scope note

The Private Health Strategy Assessment is a coaching assessment, not a medical examination, diagnostic work-up or substitute for medical care.

02

People with demanding schedules and fragmented implementation

03

What is included

A complete strategy engagement—not a sales call.

Every stage is designed to produce a useful standalone outcome, whether or not further KHC coaching is recommended.

01

Pre-assessment intake

A focused questionnaire designed to take approximately 25–40 minutes.

02

Relevant information review

Relevant information you voluntarily supply may be organized and considered for coaching context; KHC does not replace clinician interpretation.

03

90-minute strategy session

A private working session to clarify the problem, context, priorities and constraints.

04

Coach-prepared synthesis

Facts, client hypotheses, coaching observations, evidence-informed coaching priorities, uncertainty and situations where appropriate professional input may be needed are kept distinct.

05

Written strategy

A focused Private Health Strategy, typically 3–6 pages.

06

30-minute debrief

Review the strategy, questions and practical next steps.

What the engagement looks like

From application to a written strategy.

Approximate client time is 2 hours 25 minutes to 2 hours 40 minutes, plus any optional time spent gathering relevant materials.

01

Application, review & onboarding

Submit the application for KHC review of fit and scope. Submission does not charge you or book a session. If approved, you receive the next step for the US$1,250 Assessment, including payment and onboarding.

02

Intake

Complete a focused questionnaire, normally 25–40 minutes.

03

90-minute strategy session

Work through goals, context, current constraints and the problem you want to solve.

04

Coach-prepared synthesis

KHC separates established information, your hypotheses, coaching observations, uncertainty and issues that may need qualified professional input.

05

Written Private Health Strategy

Receive a focused strategy, typically 3–6 pages. Written strategy normally delivered within five business days of the 90-minute session, followed by a 30-minute debrief.

06

30-minute debrief

Review the written strategy, clarify questions and agree the most appropriate next step.

Materials that may be considered for coaching context

Where relevant and voluntarily supplied, these may include laboratory or medical reports, clinician recommendations, wearable summaries, and existing nutrition or exercise plans. KHC may organize and consider this information for coaching context; it does not independently diagnose, medically interpret laboratory results, or replace your healthcare professional.

Investment

US$1,250

Includes preparation, the 90-minute session, coach-prepared synthesis, written strategy and 30-minute debrief.

A useful outcome—even if further coaching is not recommended.

The appropriate next step may be to use the strategy independently, discuss specific questions with a qualified professional, proceed with further KHC coaching, or defer additional coaching. The 12-week engagement is not a predetermined outcome.

KHC reviews each application for fit and scope. Submitting the application does not charge you or immediately book a session; approved applicants receive the next step for the US$1,250 Assessment.
