Nothing on this page removes any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund right available under applicable law.
For an online distance-sale service, applicable consumer law may provide cancellation rights even where a contractual policy would otherwise say that a payment is non-refundable.
Private Health Strategy Assessment
The Private Health Strategy Assessment is a paid professional coaching service.
Where a legally valid cancellation occurs before substantive individualized work has begun, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the service terms.
Where individualized service has already begun, KHC may be entitled to payment for the proportion of the service already supplied where applicable law permits.
Applicable statutory cancellation fees may apply where law permits them.
No cancellation fee will be imposed where applicable law prohibits it, including situations in which cancellation results from a material failure by the business covered by the applicable law.

Please provide sufficient information to identify the transaction, such as:
- your name;
- the email address used for the transaction;
- the service purchased;
- approximate purchase date; and
- an order or transaction reference if available.
Do not include medical or health information in a cancellation request.
Refunds
Where a refund is legally due, KHC will process it in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment method.
Mandatory rights
If applicable consumer law gives you a more favorable mandatory cancellation or refund right, that mandatory right prevails.
