About Klein Health Coaching

About Klein Health Coaching

Klein Health Coaching was built around a simple observation: people can have more health information than ever and still lack a coherent way to decide what matters, implement it consistently, and know whether they are moving in the right direction.

Systematic, evidence-informed and grounded in implementation.

Simon Klein is a Lifestyle Prescriptions® Root-Cause Health Coach and Food Matters Nutrition Coach and is currently pursuing a PhD in Lifestyle Medicine. His continuing education includes Harvard Medical School HMX Fundamentals courses in Physiology and Biochemistry and selected continuing education through Stanford Medicine.

KHC brings together lifestyle medicine, nutrition, behavior change and systematic root-cause thinking. The focus is not on replacing medical care or searching for a single hidden explanation, but on understanding the modifiable factors that may be influencing a person's health and helping them make the highest-value changes in a structured, measurable way.
