These Terms govern use of kleinhealthcoaching.com and related public Klein Health Coaching webpages.
By using the website, you agree to these Terms.
If you purchase or receive a KHC service, additional service-specific terms or a coaching agreement may apply.
Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer or other right that applicable law says cannot lawfully be excluded.

Adult services
KHC's Version-1 private coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 or over.
Website information is not medical care
Website material is provided for general health, wellness, coaching and educational purposes.
It is not individualized medical advice and does not create a doctor-patient, clinician-patient, dietitian-patient or other regulated healthcare relationship.
KHC does not diagnose disease, prescribe or change medication, order medical tests, provide emergency care or replace appropriate medical assessment and treatment.
KHC Starting Point
KHC Starting Point is a short educational coaching-fit guide.
It is not a validated health assessment, diagnostic system, symptom checker, medical-risk calculator or emergency triage service.
Its output describes a likely coaching starting point rather than a diagnosis or determination of medical suitability.
No emergency use
Do not use the website, contact process, application system or coaching service for emergencies.
New, severe, worsening or urgent health concerns should be addressed promptly through an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service.
No guarantee of results
Health and behavioral outcomes vary between individuals and are affected by many factors.
KHC does not guarantee weight loss, biomarker changes, symptom resolution, disease prevention, disease reversal, medication reduction, lifespan extension or any other particular biological or medical result.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website's original text, frameworks, graphics, methodology descriptions, KHC Starting Point content and other original KHC materials are owned by or licensed to KHC.
They are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
They may not be systematically copied, resold, republished or commercially exploited without permission except where applicable law permits.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- interfere with website security or operation;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- submit malicious code;
- impersonate another person;
- use the website unlawfully;
- systematically extract proprietary KHC content for commercial use; or
- submit another person's sensitive information without appropriate authority.
Third-party services
KHC may use or link to independent providers for applications, scheduling, payment, communications and other functions.
Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Purchasing services
Material service information, price and applicable purchase terms should be provided before a paid KHC service is concluded.
The Private Health Strategy Assessment is currently priced at US$1,250.
The 12-Week Private Health Strategy & Implementation engagement is currently priced at US$7,500 following the Assessment when continued coaching is appropriate.
The Assessment is a standalone paid professional service.
Purchasing it does not require the client to purchase further coaching.
Continued coaching is not guaranteed to be recommended or offered.
Cancellation and withdrawal
Purchases are subject to KHC's Cancellation / Withdrawal information and applicable mandatory consumer law.
Where applicable law gives a consumer a cancellation, withdrawal or refund right that is more favorable than a contractual KHC term, the mandatory right prevails.
Website availability and accuracy
KHC aims to keep public information accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
Pricing and material purchase terms should be confirmed before a new transaction is concluded.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that applicable law does not permit KHC to exclude or restrict.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable Israeli law, subject to mandatory rights or protections that may apply to a consumer and cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
KHC may revise these Terms prospectively.
The current version and effective date will appear on this page.
