Klein Health Coaching (“KHC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of website visitors, applicants and clients.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information KHC may collect, why it is collected, how it may be used or disclosed, and the choices and rights available to you.
KHC provides health and wellness coaching and education. It is not a medical practice and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
The public website at kleinhealthcoaching.com is intentionally not designed as a medical intake system, health-record portal, symptom checker, diagnostic service or emergency service.

Information we may collect
Website and technical information
The website and service providers necessary to operate it may process technical information such as IP address, device or browser information, security logs, session information and similar information.
Contact information
If you contact KHC, we may receive your name, email address and the ordinary business information you choose to provide.
Please do not send medical records, laboratory reports, detailed symptoms, medication information or other sensitive health information through the general website contact process or unsolicited ordinary email.
KHC Starting Point
KHC Starting Point uses fixed, high-level choices intended to help explain which KHC coaching starting point may be relevant.
It is an educational coaching-fit guide, not a medical or validated health assessment.
The public guide is deliberately designed not to request detailed symptoms, diagnoses, medications, laboratory values or medical records.
Application information
If you apply for a Private Health Strategy Assessment or another KHC service, KHC may collect information reasonably needed to:
- evaluate whether the service appears suitable;
- understand your broad goals and relevant context;
- communicate with you;
- administer the application; and
- arrange the service if accepted.
Detailed health information should be requested only when reasonably necessary and through the process designated by KHC.
Client and health information
If you become a client, you may voluntarily provide information concerning health, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress, healthcare recommendations, laboratory or other reports, goals and coaching progress.
KHC seeks to collect only information reasonably relevant to the service being provided.
Health information may receive enhanced protection under applicable privacy law.
Payment and transaction information
KHC and its service providers may process information concerning the service purchased, transaction amount, payment status, date, billing information and transaction reference.
Full payment-card information is normally handled by the relevant payment processor rather than stored directly by KHC.
Scheduling and communications
KHC may retain appointment information, coaching-related communications and other service correspondence where reasonably necessary.
Marketing information
If you separately choose to receive KHC marketing communications, KHC may process your email address, marketing preferences and unsubscribe status.
Marketing consent is separate from applying for or purchasing a coaching service.
Is providing information compulsory?
Unless information is required by law, providing personal information to KHC is generally voluntary.
However, KHC may be unable to evaluate an application or provide a requested service if you choose not to provide information that is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
You are not required to provide irrelevant health information.
Why KHC uses personal information
KHC may process information to:
- operate and secure the website;
- respond to enquiries;
- assess applications;
- provide agreed coaching services;
- communicate with clients;
- arrange appointments;
- prepare agreed coaching strategies and deliverables;
- administer payments;
- maintain required business, legal and accounting records;
- protect KHC's rights and systems;
- improve services using appropriately limited information; and
- send marketing communications where lawfully permitted.
KHC does not sell personal health information to advertisers.
Health information supplied through an application or coaching relationship must not be used to create advertising audiences or to target third-party advertising.
Health and other sensitive information
Information concerning health may be considered particularly sensitive personal information under applicable privacy law.
KHC will seek affirmative consent where consent is required to collect and use such information.
Health information should be supplied only when reasonably relevant to the service.
Where information is not needed, KHC should not request or retain it merely because it might conceivably be useful.
Who may receive information
Technology and service providers
KHC may use contracted providers for website operation, applications, scheduling, email, communication, payments, document storage and other business functions.
These providers may process information only to the extent necessary to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
KHC currently uses Kartra for elements of its application and client-acquisition infrastructure.
Professional advisers
Information may be disclosed to accountants, lawyers, insurers or other professional advisers where reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Healthcare professionals
KHC does not routinely disclose client health information to healthcare professionals.
Information may be shared at the client's direction or with appropriate authorization where collaboration is useful.
Legal and safety requirements
Information may be disclosed where required by law or lawful process, or where disclosure is legally permitted and reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or respond appropriately to a serious safety issue.
KHC coaching confidentiality should not be understood as legally privileged doctor-patient or lawyer-client confidentiality.
International processing
Some technology providers used by KHC may process information outside Israel.
Where applicable law imposes requirements on international transfers, appropriate legal or contractual safeguards should be used where required.
Retention
KHC seeks to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, contractual, accounting, insurance or dispute requirements.
KHC's working Version-1 retention approach is:
- general enquiries: normally up to 12 months after meaningful contact ends;
- incomplete applications: normally approximately 90 days;
- applications that do not become coaching relationships: minimize or remove information once it is no longer reasonably necessary;
- active client information: while reasonably required to provide the service;
- core completed-client service records: may be retained for an appropriate period where reasonably required for contractual, legal, professional, insurance or dispute purposes;
- supporting health documents: should be reviewed and removed when no longer reasonably necessary rather than automatically retained indefinitely;
- accounting and transaction records: as required by applicable law;
- marketing information: until unsubscribe or it otherwise ceases to be required, while a limited suppression record may be retained so an opt-out can continue to be honored.
Information may be retained longer where genuinely required by law or an existing legal claim.
Access and correction
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to ask whether KHC holds personal information concerning you, inspect applicable information, and request correction where information is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated.
Other rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law.

Security
KHC seeks to use reasonable administrative, organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information being processed.
No internet or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Cookies and similar technologies
Technologies strictly necessary to operate, secure or provide requested website functionality may be used.
If KHC later enables non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies for which prior consent is legally required, an appropriate consent mechanism should be implemented before those technologies operate where required.
KHC does not intend to use health-related application responses, health data or coaching information for behavioral advertising or advertising retargeting.
Marketing
Where permitted, KHC may send information about its research, content or services.
You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary communications about a service you requested or purchased.
Children
KHC's Version-1 private coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 or over.
KHC does not knowingly solicit sensitive health information from children through this website.
Third-party services
The website may link to external services.
Independent third parties have their own privacy practices and policies.
Changes
KHC may update this Privacy Policy as its services, technologies or legal obligations change.
The current effective date will appear on this page.
